Soccer Recap: Trenton Comes Up Short

Trenton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Dunnellon Tigers.

Trenton's goal came courtesy of Gus Ayers, who's now up to nine this season.

Trenton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Dunnellon, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-10.

As of now, neither Trenton nor Dunnellon have any future games scheduled.
