Softball Recap: Baker Takes a Loss

Baker lost against Weiser back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Wolverines, falling 8-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Weiser, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Baker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Weiser, they will challenge Homedale at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.75 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of.
