Baseball Recap: Seminole Find Success

Seminole came out on top against Fort Stockton on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fifth inning. The Indians' pitchers stepped up to hand the Panthers a 5-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won eight in a row.

Obed Reyes made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Oscar Grijalva, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
