Basketball Game Preview: Paulding Panthers vs. Crestview Knights

Paulding is 0-6 against Crestview since January of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Knights at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Paulding's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests.

It was a proper cat-fight when Paulding duked it out with Miller City on Saturday. The Panthers took a 73-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Crestview wrapped up 2025 with a 51-36 win over Ottoville. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Paulding's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Crestview, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.

Paulding came up short against Crestview in their previous matchup back in February of 2021, falling 48-43. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
