Football Recap: Colstrip Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Colstrip played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Huntley Project Red Devils and fell 52-7. The defeat continues a trend for the Colts in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost six in a row.

Huntley Project found their leader in sophomore Blake Ramaeker, who threw for 254 yards and four TDs while completing 72.7% of his passes, and also punched in a pair of scores on the ground. Another big playmaker for the Red Devils was Kooper Beard, who returned a punt for a touchdown.

Colstrip's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Huntley Project, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Colstrip will head out on the road to square off against Joliet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The J Hawks' defense has only allowed 12.5 points per game this season, so the Colts' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Huntley Project, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Red Lodge/Belfry/Roberts at 7:00 p.m.
