If Port Huron Northern was riding high fresh off their 11-3 takedown of L'Anse Creuse on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Huskies fell 6-3 to the Lancers on Friday. The Huskies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lancers earlier this season, when they won 11-3.

Port Huron Northern has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for L'Anse Creuse, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Port Huron Northern wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-0 loss against Richmond on the 3rd. As for L'Anse Creuse, they will face off against Marysville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lancers are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
