Baseball Recap: Oswego East Takes a Loss

Oswego East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-2 to the Plainfield North Tigers. Surprisingly, this marked the Wolves' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Jacsen Tucker was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season.

Oswego East's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Plainfield North, their victory bumped their record up to 14-7.

While Oswego East had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
