After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Glenbard East, Fenton was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Aurora East Tomcats 33-6. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bison needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

With the win, Fenton broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4. As for Aurora East, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Fenton will square off against Ridgewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bison will be up against the Rebels' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.71 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Aurora East, they will venture away from home to square off against West Aurora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
