Vinemont came out on top against Pennington on Tuesday thanks in part to Chad Reynolds's efforts. Reynolds scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Vinemont Eagles duke it out with Danville Hawks at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Vinemont is 8-2 against Danville going back to March of 2020, a lead they'll look to extend.
