Lane Gorzinski Delivers Electric Effort Vs Gogebic [Johnston/Wakefield]

North Central picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Lane Gorzinski. Gorzinski was dynamite, rushing for 235 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry, and also throwing for 71 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last seven games he's played dating back to last season.

If the past is any indication, Gorzinski could be in store for another big game when he takes on Forest Park on Friday. Gorzinski rushed for 95 yards and four touchdowns, and also picked up 32 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Trojans duked it out back in October of 2023.

Grayson Sundell Crosses Big Stat Threshold

On Friday, Forest Park got the W thanks in part to Grayson Sundell playing the best football he has all season. Sundell rushed for 199 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (101.6) per game. Those 199 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Sundell and Forest Park will square off against North Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Sundell up against the Jets' star RB Lane Gorzinski. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
