Softball Preview: Ada Cougars vs. McAlester Buffaloes
The Ada Cougars will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the McAlester Buffaloes at 5:00 p.m. The last three games Ada has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Meanwhile, McAlester scored first but ultimately less than Checotah in their matchup on Monday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-4), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.
Ada's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-18. As for McAlester, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.
Ada took their victory against McAlester in their previous matchup back in August of 2023 by a conclusive 9-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ada since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
