There's no place like home for McGavock, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past the Antioch Bears 3-0 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: McGavock took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, 25-7.

Leading McGavock to victory were Ali Haskins-Morgan and Lacey Jordan. Haskins-Morgan had eight aces and four digs, while Jordan had ten digs and eight aces. That's the most digs Haskins-Morgan has posted over her last ten contests. Unique Mitchum also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good server: McGavock was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 38 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

McGavock's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Antioch, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
