Volleyball Recap: Reserve Falls to Lordsburg in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Reserve unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Lordsburg Mavericks on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Mountaineers haven't had much luck with the Mavericks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

While Reserve ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-19.

Looking ahead, Reserve will host Mesilla Valley Christian School at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Lordsburg, they will be taking part in a tournament against Animas at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
