There's no place like home for Christian Academy, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Temple Christian Tigers on Tuesday as they made off with  a  3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Tigers  two weeks ago, they had to take a  3-2  loss.
 While Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23,  25-21.
 Becca Keller paced Christian Academy's offense, picking up 14 kills. Keller got some help from  Kelsi Hiler and her 24 assists. Hiler also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Serenity Abbott, each putting up four.
 Despite the loss, Temple Christian still got an impressive performance from   Madelyn Brown, who  had six  aces and two  assists. Brown is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served two or more in each of the last four games she's  played.
Christian Academy moved to 6-8 with that  win, which also ended their four-match losing streak. As for Temple Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 6-8.
 Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  0-0  victory against Royalmont Academy Classical Prep on the 3rd. As for Temple Christian, they have also already played their next contest,  a  3-0  loss against CHESS Christian on the 4th.
