Baseball Preview: Providence Pioneers vs. New Albany Bulldogs
The Providence Pioneers will head out on the road to face off against the New Albany Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Providence's pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so New Albany's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On the hitting side, Tyler McMillen was excellent, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kadin Bush, who went 1-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
New Albany's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-7. As for Providence, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
