Basketball Recap: Mountain View Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

Mountain View won the last time they faced Kelso and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mountain View Thunder came out on top against the Kelso Hilanders by a score of 55-42. Given the Thunder's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 79th, while the Hilanders are ranked 228th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mountain View has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Kelso, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Evergreen the next time they take the court. Mountain View will head out to face Evergreen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Kelso will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
