Football Recap: Riesel Comes Up Short

Riesel lost against Mart back in September of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians took a blow against the Panthers, falling 33-6.

Riesel now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mart, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riesel will challenge Maypearl at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. After each having a week off, Mart and Bremond will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. This will be the Panthers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
