Basketball Recap: Udall Takes a Loss

Udall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 70-41 loss at the hands of the Argonia Raiders. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since January 3rd.

Despite the loss, Udall still got an impressive performance from Jordan Hornecker, who posted 24 points. The dominant performance gave Hornecker a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Mason, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.

Udall's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Argonia, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11.

Udall will host Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Argonia, they will take on Flinthills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Carson Vineyard and Jacob Hunter.
