Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Westminster Christian Academy lost against Guntersville back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats were outmatched by the Guntersville Wildcats and fell 64-33. Westminster Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westminster Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Guntersville, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 13-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian Academy has already played their next game (against Fort Payne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Guntersville will venture away from home to challenge Arab at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Arab knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Guntersville likes a good challenge.
