Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ponder). They blew past the Pilot Point Bearcats 85-20 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Ponder's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-4. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points per game. As for Pilot Point, they are on a 33-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Coincidentally, Ponder and Pilot Point will both be playing Boyd the next time they take the court. Ponder will host Boyd at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while Pilot Point will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on January 21st.
