Clinton's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Chester Cyclones 6-0. Considering Clinton's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Chester with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cade Lyda (2), Lincoln Alexander (2), Perrin Bagwell, and Chris Fortman.

Clinton's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-8-1. As for Chester, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Clinton will have a chance to go back-to-back against Chester: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
