Soccer Recap: Midland Trail Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Midland Trail was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They came up short against the Sherman Tide, falling 4-0. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Midland Trail it sure didn't stay that way.

Midland Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Midland Trail has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Pocahontas County on the 25th. As for Sherman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-2 draw against Elk Valley Christian on the 26th.
