Basketball Recap: Webster County Highlanders vs. River View Raiders
Webster County won the last time they faced River View and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Highlanders came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 43-31. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.
River View's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chasity Kennedy, who shot 55% from the field to rack up 14 points along with six boards and three steals. That was a full 45.2% of the Raiders' points, marking the third time in a row Kennedy has posted more than a third of the team's points.
