Volleyball Game Preview: John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers vs. Northside Rams + How To Watch

John Carroll Catholic is on a seven-game streak of home wins, while Northside is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Cavaliers will welcome the Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

John Carroll Catholic had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Sipsey Valley on Tuesday. The Cavaliers blew past the Bears 3-0.

Meanwhile, Northside earned a 2-0 win over Tuscaloosa Academy on Tuesday.

Northside easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18.

John Carroll Catholic better keep an eye on Kyndall Bennett. She was instrumental in Northside's win, getting nine digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Bennett a new career-high.

Northside's victory bumped their record up to 27-2. As for John Carroll Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 15-10.
