Baseball Recap: Chapel Hill Comes Up Short

Chapel Hill managed to slip by Pine Tree the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bulldogs lost 9-1 to the Pirates on Tuesday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Chapel Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kace Williams, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Chapel Hill's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Pine Tree, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-10-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Chapel Hill nor Pine Tree have any future games scheduled.
