Basketball Recap: Liberty Christian Find Success

Liberty Christian won the last time they faced Prior Lake Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Liberty Christian Eagles came out on top against the Prior Lake Christian Royals by a score of 56-45.

Despite the loss, Prior Lake Christian still got an impressive performance from Elijah Wilson, who posted 14 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Wilson has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was Micah Lindsey, who scored 12 points.

Liberty Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points over those games. As for Prior Lake Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 21-11 record this season.
