Baseball Game Preview: Sisters Outlaws vs. Harrisburg Eagles

Sisters is a perfect 7-0 against Harrisburg since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Outlaws will challenge the Eagles at 2:00 p.m. Harrisburg took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Sisters, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Sisters earned a 6-3 victory over La Pine. The win continues a trend for the Outlaws in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Harrisburg lost 13-1 to Creswell on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Harrisburg saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christian Baird, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Sisters now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Harrisburg, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3-1.

Everything went Sisters' way against Harrisburg in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Sisters made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Outlaws since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
