The Happy Camp Indians are still undefeated this season after their game against the Butte Valley Bulldogs on Friday, but the Butte Valley Bulldogs came as close as anyone has to beating them. Happy Camp skirted past Butte Valley 38-35. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Happy Camp also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Among those leading the charge was Michael Hauki, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 20 rebounds. Hauki is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Trevor Johnson-Conrad was another key contributor, scoring two points along with six rebounds.
Happy Camp's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Butte Valley, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
