Volleyball Recap: Auburn Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Bob Jones

Auburn faced Bob Jones in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Auburn's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Bob Jones, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Auburn will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Enterprise at 6:00 p.m. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Bob Jones, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Spanish Fort on the 23rd.
