Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coe-Brown Academy). They were the clear victors by a 24-7 margin over the Milford Spartans on Friday. Considering the Bears have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Coe-Brown Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 14-3. As for Milford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Coe-Brown Academy will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Hollis-Brookline at 4:00 p.m. As for Milford, they will head out to face off against Sanborn Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
