Mississinewa had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Norwell Knights 35-0. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won three in a row.

Mississinewa's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Levi Crandall led the charge by rushing for 80 yards and two scores on only nine carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Ah'Lijah Monday, who rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown.

Coming up, Mississinewa will take on Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Norwell, they will square off against Oak Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
