Questa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 20-9 to the Clayton Yellowjackets. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Questa saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carlos Ortega, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Another was Tristan Halterman, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Questa's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Clayton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

While Questa had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
