Volleyball Recap: Tri-City Tornadoes vs. Pana Panthers
Tri-City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pana Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tornadoes of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-7.
Tri-City's loss dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Pana, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri-City will challenge Pawnee at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pana, they will square off against Carlinville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
