Volleyball Recap: Orting Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Orting lost against Bethel back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cardinals lost 3-0 to the Bison. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Orting was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Bethel's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Bethel's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kailub Munoz led the charge by getting 15 digs and two assists.

Orting's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bethel, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Orting has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Steilacoom on the 22nd. As for Bethel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Sumner on the 22nd.
