Softball Game Preview: Wonderview Daredevils vs. Bigelow Panthers

The Wonderview Daredevils will face off against the Bigelow Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Wonderview has given up an average of 11.2 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wonderview is headed into Monday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They came up short against Nemo Vista, falling 14-4.

Wonderview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacie Jones, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Bigelow sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over South Side on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Bigelow's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Wonderview, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Wonderview might still be hurting after the 9-0 loss they got from Bigelow in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Can the Daredevils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
