Volleyball Recap: Altoona Comes Up Short

Altoona lost against Cumberland Valley back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mountain Lions came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-17.

Altoona's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Cumberland Valley, the win keeps they at an undefeated 15-0.

Altoona will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Central at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th. As for Cumberland Valley, they will face off against Northeastern at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
