Model waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fannin County Rebels. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Rebels walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Catherine Betz paced Model's offense, picking up 11 kills. Betz got some help from Landry Johnson and her 14 assists. Ava Welchel and Maddie Rec kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Model's victory bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Fannin County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-15.

Model has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Armuchee on the 23rd. As for Fannin County, they will square off against Dade County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
