Volleyball Recap: Agua Fria Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Agua Fria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Deer Valley Skyhawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Skyhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 13th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 23-25, 25-21.

Gianna Grzyb paced Agua Fria's offense, picking up ten kills. Grzyb got some help from Isabella Bernal and her 20 assists. Ellianna Gardner controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Agua Fria's defeat dropped their record down to 2-28. As for Deer Valley, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-21.

As of now, neither Agua Fria nor the Skyhawks have any future games scheduled.
