Volleyball Recap: Framingham Comes Up Short

Framingham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Newton North Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Framingham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Newton North, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Framingham and Natick will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Newton North, they will face off against Acton-Boxborough at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
