Volleyball Recap: Fort Calhoun Takes a Loss

Fort Calhoun lost against Ashland-Greenwood back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pioneers came up short against the Bluejays, falling 3-0. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-15.

Fort Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Ashland-Greenwood, they pushed their record up to 13-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Fort Calhoun will take on Bergan Catholic in a tournament on Saturday. As for Ashland-Greenwood, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Ralston at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
