Waterford's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Friday's struggle, when New Berlin West hitters got past them. The Wolverines fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 12-10 on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by exactly two runs.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Brookfield East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Hamilton 6-5. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Brookfield East pushed their record up to 15-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Waterford, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.
