Soccer Recap: Sanger Plays to a Tie

While Sanger's fans didn't get a definitive result on Tuesday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. They and the Madera South Stallions finished up their game with a 3-3 draw.

Sanger hit Madera South with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alberto Inostros, Sebastian Rodriguez, and Andy Hernandez.

With that draw, Sanger's record moves to 8-4-4. Meanwhile, Madera South's record is now 8-2-6.

Sanger and Madera South should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Sanger (ranked 87th) will meet Justin Garza (ranked 486th) at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Madera South will face off against Fresno at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday up 520 places (141 vs. 661).
