Soccer Recap: American Christian Academy Comes Up Short

American Christian Academy lost against Tuscaloosa Academy back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

American Christian Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. American Christian Academy will welcome Fultondale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Holy Family Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tuscaloosa Academy will be up against Holy Family Catholic's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.45 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
