Softball Recap: Berne Union Rockets vs. Harvest Prep Warriors

Berne Union entered their tilt with Harvest Prep on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Warriors a 21-0 shutout. The Rockets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Josilyn Hedges and Reese Besco were a major factor while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Hedges pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Meanwhile, Besco tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. At the plate, Hedges scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances, while Besco scored a run while going 1-for-3.
