Basketball Recap: Manchester Memorial Comes Up Short

Manchester Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against Concord Christian, falling 55-20.

Manchester Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Concord Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Manchester Memorial will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Salem at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Salem knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Manchester Memorial likes a good challenge. Concord Christian also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Goffstown at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
