Soccer Game Preview: Highland Tech vs. Piedmont Community Charter + How To Watch

The Highland Tech Rams will challenge the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Highland Tech sitting on six straight victories and Piedmont Community Charter on seven.

On Monday, it was close, but Highland Tech sidestepped Lincolnton for a 3-2 win. That's two games straight that Highland Tech have won by just one goal.

They hit Lincolnton with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bo Meadows, Matthew Loudon, and Ty Johnson.

Piedmont Community Charter played against Sugar Creek Charter on Monday and won via forfeit.

Highland Tech's victory bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Piedmont Community Charter, their win bumped their record up to 14-3-2.

Highland Tech beat Piedmont Community Charter by a goal in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 2-1. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
