Volleyball Game Preview: Castle View Sabercats vs. Arvada West Wildcats + How To Watch

The Castle View Sabercats will face off against the Arvada West Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Castle View will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Regis Jesuit came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Castle View, but Bradli Brown wouldn't allow it. The Sabercats walked away with a 3-1 win over the Raiders on Tuesday for which the team can thank Brown, who had 19 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Castle View had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-18.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Arvada West challenged Lakewood on Thursday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers.

Arvada West walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18, 25-21.

Castle View's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Arvada West, their victory bumped their record up to 13-9.

Castle View took their win against Arvada West in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Sabercats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
