Brevard HEAT came tearing into Monday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the St. Edward's Pirates with a sharp 3-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Firehawks have posted against the Pirates since September 22, 2022.

Brevard HEAT got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-20, 30-28.

Audrina Olsen paced Brevard HEAT's offense, picking up nine kills. Olsen got some help from Anna Livengood and her 23 assists. Brooke Arce controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Brevard HEAT's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for St. Edward's, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.
