The Berea Bulldogs will face off against the Greer Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Berea is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.

Berea fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Daniel on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. Berea's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Geyser Fabricio Lopez, who's now up to 19 this season.

Meanwhile, Greer had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Blue Flame with a sharp 10-2 victory. Considering Greer have won eight matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Greer pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those three games. As for Berea, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1.
