It's playoff time, and Fairview had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Stratford Spartans 42-21 on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Yellowjackets as they're now sitting on five straight.

Stratford lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Anton Wilson, who threw for 260 yards and three TDs. Joseph Campbell, Iii was in the mix too, providing Stratford with two scores.

Fairview's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Stratford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Fairview will be playing in front of their home fans against Dyersburg at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. Stratford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
